  This family owned restaurant is wonderful!
  
  In the summer months they have a garden behind the parking lot that they harvest fresh veggies from! You can't get more fresh than that!!
  
  Try the vegan sushi rolls--CCM (carrot, celery, mango), and AAR (asparagus, avocado, radish) and you won't miss the meat at all!
  
  My omni guy loves the raw fish like tuna, salmon, and flying fish roe, and of course all the rolls that are special.
  
  At the end, the sushi chef owner gave us this cucumber roll with mango and carrots that was just wonderfully crisp and fresh!
