  Had an appointment scheduled for over 2 weeks, an hour and a half before the appointment they called saying there was a family emergency and it would have to be rescheduled... Which is acceptable.
  
  What is not acceptable: the soonest they could to take me to reschedule after canceling was a month away. I will take my money elsewhere
