  Was recently at an event that had catered food from Prontos. The meatballs were like sponge balls.. very heavy and dense, the sausage was tough, the peppers were barley cooked and Sooo hard. I felt bad for the folks that paid for this low quality food. It was clear that (not the first time) the food was thrown together at the last minute. The sauce was not cooked with the food long enough as the food didn't have the flavor of sauce throughout. Will not recomend to anyone!!
