  After a lengthy consultation, I still got the very thing I didn't want and when I went to talk to her about it she argued with me saying that was her only option which is a lame excuse. If you don't have the skill to cut certain hair types without being a one trick pony, don't do it at all. She cut 6 inches off the sides/top so now it's too short to fix. I was going to go in for additional services but canceled. Once you loose my trust w hair thats it, ESP if it's bc you didn't listen. A minor mess up is one thing but this is was blatant disregard after she was shown many many photos and she won't take responsibility for the mistake.
