  Guy was giving my daughter highlights and was looking on youtube to see how to do it, turned her hair orange. Started cutting my wife's hair without her permission and destroyed it. Idiots cost me hundreds of dollars to fix their f-ups. Tried contacting owner and he will not even respond. Never again!
